Arrowhead Invitational St. Joe Central High School
We will leave school at 1:30, you will be released from class at 1:10. The meet will be at St. Joe Central High School, 2602 Edmond. We can run 3 individuals and 1 relay team per event. Field events start at 3:30, 3200 meter relay will be run at 3:30, the other runnning events will start at 4:00. We will return as soon as we are done competing, it will be relatively late. You can call home from the bus to let your parents know when we will arrive at school. It is usually cold at this meet, bring some warm clothes and something to snack on.

I-29 to Hwy 36 West Hwy 36 to 28th St. exit Turn right (north) on 28th St. Go north on 28th St to Messanie (2nd stop light) Turn left (west) on Messanie.
