Arrowhead Invitational
St. Joe Central We will leave school at 1:20, you will be released from class at 1:00. The meet will be at St. Joe Central High School, 2602 Edmond. We can run 3 individuals and 1 relay team per event. Field events start at 3:30, 3200 meter relay will be run at 3:30, the other runnning events will start at 4:00. We will return as soon as we are done competing. You can call home from the bus to let your parents know when we will arrive at school. Bring some warm clothes and something to snack on. Directions: I-29 to Hwy 36 West

Turn right (north) on 28th St.
Go north on 28th St to Messanie (2nd stop light)
