The first day of practice will be Monday, November 17th.  Please meet in the New Grande Salle at 4:15pm on that day with your signed driving Permission Forms (available in the front office), and your completed MSHSAA physical form if you have not yet turned it in.  We will leave for the pool at 5:00.  Practice ends at 7:15 every evening throughout the season.

MSHSAA physicals must be completed before the first day of practice in order to participate in tryouts.  The forms are available in the front office or can be downloaded through sionstorm.com - on the right side of the home page click on "Parent/Athlete Info" and the two page "Physical Form" can be printed from there.  The completed physical should be turned in to the athletic office or brought to practice the first day.  Also, make a copy before it's turned in just in case there's a delay in handling.

Parent meeting will be Monday, November 24 at 7:30 in the cafeteria.
